Dear HSFA Team, We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the exceptional love, care, and support you showed to our beloved mother/grandmother during her time at HSFA. Your kindness, compassion, and respect towards her was truly inspiring, and we feel blessed to have had you all by her side. All treated her with dignity and affection and meant the world to us, and we will forever be grateful. We appreciate the tireless efforts of each and every one who cared for her, especially during her final days. Your presence, support, and reassurance helped us navigate the most challenging week of our lives. Our mother/ grandmother adored every single one of you, and it was evident in the way she lit up when you were around. You made her feel seen, heard, and loved, and for that, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your dedication to making her feel special, from helping her look her best to bringing joy and laughter into her life, did not go unnoticed. You truly made her shine, and we will always treasure those memories. Please know that your love, care, and support have made a lasting impact on our family, and we will never forget the kindness you showed our beloved mother/grandmother.
