After my hip replacement op, I had to be taught to walk again, at Vergelegen and Spescare and then Rika Rodd invited me to spend a couple of days at the HSFA's "rehab" department (Respite Unit). It was wonderful to receive quiet, gentle, sincere and generous kindness from Rika Rodd and one or two others at Vonke. Bless you! Rika actually came to see me when I arrived at Vonke. This unexpected, gentle courtesy meant a great deal. After this experience I found I was pleased that there was no "upstairs" and "downstairs" at Camelot! Jenny Lund - May 2023
