The residents at HSFA’s Swannack Gardens are keeping fit on their NEW outdoor exercise gym. Jackie Nash and Delmence Prevost shown in the photos below worked up a healthy sweat whilst enjoying the beautiful view and getting some Vitamin sunshine D!
