HSFA Staff training
Our Management and Human Resources Department were proud to celebrate the success of our staff who have successfully completed courses provided at the HSFA. The courses include IT training by ISimplifi, Occupational Health and Safety courses including: ‘First Aid’, Safety Rep’ and ‘Fire Fighter & Warden training; as well as several management courses including ‘Employment Equity’, ‘Day to Day Workplace Challenges’ and ‘Conflict Management’. This training has been instrumental in not only elevating skill levels, but also in empowering our staff with a broader knowledge base, fostering professional growth and development within our organisation. We thank all of our staff who participated, as well as all of the staff who were involved with the planning and organising of all of the above training interventions.
